Brock McKinley

Founder & Chairman of the Board

Brock McKinley has a decade of experience helping civil service employees secure their future. While working with professionals who run school district retirement plans, Brock saw a need for non-biased assistance in securing a broader scope of investment options for employees and filled that need by founding Encompass More. From the onset, Brock instilled a guiding principle to deliver the very best retirement planning services available so employers can attract and retain top talent. Encompass More enables public employers to couple Investment Advisory Services with Lifetime Income products and create superior solutions to the predominant offerings in the public employee space.

Brock also serves as President & CEO of PERA Administrators, a firm dedicated to providing retirement plan administration for public employers. Through his leadership at both Encompass More and PERA Administrators, Brock is dedicated to helping ensure public employees have the best options for their future and is focused on disrupting a stagnant industry for the good of the employees.

He holds licenses in Life and Health Insurance and also has a Series 65.

Brock lives in Henderson, Nevada with his wife and children. In addition to his family, Brock’s passion is (we don't know!)

Ben Jerome

Ben has led the charge in helping public and private schools modernize their supplemental retirement plans. Ben has helped countless school districts and non-profit organizations increase the level of service afforded to their employees, while streamlining compliance and back-end processing. He brings this experience and expertise to Encompass More with the intent of changing the way the public sector and Middle America think about retirement.

Ben has a degree in Business Administration from Olivet Nazarene University and a Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School.

Ben dedicates free time leading his church worship band, often rocking the guitar. He also loves to rock a sharp suit, but almost never with a tie. Stuffy is just not his style.

Daniel began his career in 2008 helping school employees plan and save for their retirement and continues to do so to this day! However, he now also works with municipal, college, and university employees as well.

Daniel has held workshops for hundreds of employers, teaching them how to better help their employees prepare for retirement. He holds his Series 6, 63, and 65, California Life & Health Insurance licenses, and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary, AIF® designation.

When not meeting with his clients, you will find Daniel coaching his three children’s sports teams, attending their many activities, or traveling in his motorhome with his children and his wife Crystal.
